Faster Adoption of Hybrid and Electric Vehicles and Menyuphekcaringa (Fame) India Plan Initiative:

• Faster Adoption of Hybrid and Electric Vehicles and menyuphekcaringa Centre (Fame) India scheme began on 1 April 2015.
• The scheme has been launched to promote the sales of environmentally friendly vehicles.
• And this plan is part of the National Electric Mobility Mission plenaca.
• This scheme is designed to produce electricity and hayabridacalita vehicles and the provision of 795 crore rupee vikrikarita 2020.

Objectives of the scheme –

• Technology development , project guidance, demand creation , infrastructure development This project is being implemented under Ministry of Heavy Industries.

India plan features Fame –

• The first stage will be implemented during the period 2015-16 and 2016-17 . By studying the experience of the first phase of 31 March 2017 and will be implemented in the next stage.

फास्टर एडॉप्शन अँड मॅन्यूफेक्चरिंग ऑफ हाइब्रिड अँड इलेक्ट्रिक वेहिकल्स (फेम) इंडिया योजनेची सुरवात :

• केंद्र सरकारने फास्टर एडॉप्शन अँड मॅन्यूफेक्चरिंग ऑफ हाइब्रिड अँड इलेक्ट्रिक वेहिकल्स (फेम) इंडिया योजनेची १ एप्रिल २०१५ रोजी  सुरुवात केली.

 

• ही योजना देशातील पर्यावरण अनुकूल वाहनांच्या विक्रीला प्रोत्साहन देण्याच्या उद्देशाने सुरु करण्यात आली आहे.
• तसेच ही योजना ‘राष्ट्रीय इलेक्ट्रिक मोबिलिटी मिशन प्लॅन’चा भाग आहे.
• या योजनेद्वारे २०२० पर्यंत वीज आणि हायब्रिडचलित वाहनांच्या निर्मिती आणि विक्रीकरिता ७९५ कोटी रुपयाची तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे.

योजनेचे उद्देश –

• तंत्रज्ञान विकास, प्रकल्प मार्गदर्शन, मागणीची निर्मिती, पायाभूत सुविधांचा विकास अवजड उद्योग मंत्रालयांतर्गत ही योजना राबविण्यात येत आहे.

फेम इंडिया योजनेची वैशिष्ट्ये –

• पहिला टप्पा २०१५-१६ आणि २०१६-१७ या कालावधीत राबविण्यात येईल. पहिल्या टप्प्यातील अनुभवाचा अभ्यास करून ३१ मार्च २०१७ नंतर पुढील टप्पा राबविण्यात येईल.
• या योजनेचा कार्यकाळ ६ वर्षाचा असून २०२० पर्यंत ही योजना २ टप्प्यांमध्ये राबविण्यात येणार आहे.

नॅशनल इलेक्ट्रिक मोबिलिटी मिशन प्लॅन:

• केंद्र सरकारने २०१३ मध्ये राष्ट्रीय इलेक्ट्रिक मोबिलिटी मिशन प्लॅन-२०२० (एनईएमएमपी) चे उद्घाटन केले.
• देशात हाइब्रिड आणि इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनांना प्रोत्साहन देऊन इंधन बचत करण्यासाठी एनईएमएमपीची सुरुवात केली गेली.
• या योजनेंतर्गत २०२० पर्यंत ६-७ लाख हाइब्रिड आणि इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनांच्या विक्रीचे लक्ष्य आहे.
• आंध्रप्रदेश राज्याच्या नवीन राजधानीचे नाव अमरावती असेल. विजयवाडा-गुंटूर परिसरात या शहराचा विकास केला जाणार आहे.

अमरावती बनणार आंध्रप्रदेशची नवी  राजधानी :

 

• आंध्रप्रदेशचे मुख्यमंत्री एन. चंद्राबाबू नायडू यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली झालेल्या मंत्रिमंडळाच्या बैठकीत हा निर्णय घेण्यात आला.

 

• याचबरोबर या गावाच्या विकासासाठीच्या मास्टर प्लॅनच्या पहिल्या टप्प्याला मंजुरी देण्यात आली. हा प्लॅन सिंगापूर सरकारने तयार केला आहे.

अमरावतीची वैशिष्ट्ये :

• कृष्णा नदीकाठी वसलेले हे गाव २००० वर्षापूर्वी ४०० वर्षाकरिता सातवाहन साम्राज्याच्या राजधानीचे ठिकाण होते. त्यामुळे या गावाला ऐतिहासिक व अध्यात्मिक महत्व प्राप्त झाले आहे.
• गावातील अमरेश्वराच्या मंदिरामुळे याला अमरावती असे नाव पडले. तसेच या गावाला ‘दक्षिण काशी’ म्हणून ओळख प्राप्त आहे.
• या गावाला गौतम बुद्ध, सम्राट अशोक तसेच चीनी प्रवासी ह्युएन त्संग यांनी भेटी दिल्या आहेत.
